Advertising privacy
Memtherscan can offer optional sponsored suggestions from Gravity on selected search results. Availability depends on publisher approval and matching advertisers. A search can return no advertisement, and advertising does not change meme rankings.

Your preference is stored in this browser. Gravity is not loaded before you opt in. Global Privacy Control keeps these suggestions off. You can turn them off here at any time; clearing site data also removes your saved preference.
What is shared
For eligible searches, Memtherscan sends Gravity a fixed general topic (programming, gaming, or AI), a random session identifier, your IP address, and browser user-agent. It does not send your original search text, wallet address, account identity, comments, or imported post content and metadata.
After you opt in, Gravity’s advertising pixel runs inside the sponsored placement. It uses cookies and browser storage for attribution and records that placement’s visits, device information, and ad interactions. Its page address and title describe the sponsored placement, not the meme you are viewing. Identity capture and optional fingerprinting features are disabled in our pixel configuration.
Gravity’s pixel is removed when the placement closes or you leave the eligible search view. Previously stored advertising cookies may remain until they expire or you clear site data. Clicking an ad takes you to an advertiser with its own privacy practices.

The X extension
The extension’s import data is not used for advertising. Its existing privacy policy continues to apply. Advertising does not run on the upload or account pages.
